IMPORTANT: Exceeding our customers' expectations is our mission. In order to maintain our extremely high standard of quality, we do not accept returns for exchange or refund as this
would put us in the position of reselling used products. If this is of concern to you, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 15 minutes of your payment and we will cancel your purchase.
Once we ship to you, products, are not returnable. In the event of unusual circumstances, please notify us and we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate you that does not involve us having to compromise
