IMPORTANT: Exceeding our customers' expectations is our mission. In order to maintain our extremely high standard of quality, we do not operate a trial and return program. Returns of unused accessories can be accepted conditional on their return to us along with all packaging materials in brand new condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return or credit of products we deem to be in used condition. Please contact us for return instructions and a Return Authorization prior to sending anythign to us. Packages received without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. If this is of concern to you, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 15 minutes of your payment and we will cancel your purchase.
Once we ship to you, products, are not returnable. In the event of unusual circumstances, please notify us and we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate you that does not involve us having to compromise
