These ligatures are gold-plated and feature a single screw mechanism mounted under the mouthpiece. The 2 parts of the lig are brought together over one of 3 removable interchangable pressure plates so the reed is
never damaged as only downward pressure is applied to it. Supplied with a Vandoren Gold-plated Cap OR a Plastic Cap as marked below.

BRANCHER: These ligatures are gold-plated and feature a single screw mechanism mounted on top of the
mouthpiece. A flat plate with contact ribs on each side of it contacts the reed and connect to the tightening screw on top by small strong steel wires. The lig is tightened from on top of the mouthpiece to avoid moving

FRANCOIS-LOUIS Ultimate Ligatures: These ligatures are brass and steel and feature a large single screw mechanism mounted under the mouthpiece in the Link style. A curved plate contacts the reed on each side and the lig is tightened from the bottom. Small diameter brass tubes ride the mouthpiece body and steel wires run over the tops of the tubes to encircle the mouthpiece. Supplied with a small black plastic mouthpiece cap.
