Packaging of Saxophones: Saxophones are shipped in the cartons in which they are received by us from the official suppliers. Optionally, your saxophone will be packed with our "Overkill" packaging to maximize its protection. In this case we will pack the original carton inside a larger carton with additional cushioning in between the 2 cartons on all sides cushion the shock and prevent damage in the event the carton is dropped or punctured. Beware of sellers who use very small cartons! Did you know you can damage an instrument in its case with a shock which does not apparently damage the case? Try it some time. Take your sax, in its case and drop it to the ground from 6 feet. Try playing it now.
Shipping of Saxophones: Shipping can be specified by any means you choose, however, we find UPS Ground is the most efficient and cost-effective way to ship saxophones in the USA and UPS Express or USPS Express Mail, depending on the location, outside the USA.
